Journal-sized 6"x8" - Deep Cutch + Iron Silk on Bolivian Rosewood w/ Chartreuse Stitching

Hand-bound notebook, made with 100% silk charmeuse and hardwood. Silk is hand-dyed with natural dye extracts, then quilted and hand-stitched onto hardwood covers. Notebook pages are hand-bound using coptic stitching. This style of book binding allows for the book to lay open flat, ideal for sketching and writing across the entirety of the page. 

CUTCH dye extract is derived from the wood of Acacia Catechu, a tree common to India, Burma, Indonesia, and Peru. IRON will shift color to dark brown hues. 

Bolivian Rosewood, sometimes called Iron wood, is sourced from trees grown in Brazil and Bolivia.
